Selena Gomez may know what boys want, but after that she’s going to need a vacation in Monte Carlo after.
The 17-year-old starlet has nabbed a role in the upcoming movie based on “Headhunters” by Jules Bass. The film is about a group of American women who ditch a disappointing no-frills holiday in Paris and pose as wealthy women vacationing in Monaco, Variety reports.
While Leighton Meester is still in negotiations, Nicole Kidman is said to play a supporting role and produce the flick.
The updated script has put a younger spin on the story, with two of the characters in college and one just out of high school.
Monte Carlo will also further the relationship between Selena and Fox 2000. The company is producing with Walden Media on Ramona and Beezus

Get the 411 on Selena’s next album!
Selena Gomez is getting ready to work on her next album with her band The Scene – and fans should get ready because the new album will be a bit different from the first!
Selena told MTV: “We were gonna do a deluxe edition of my album, but we started on some songs, so we figured, ‘Why not? Let’s just go for a second one.’ It’s kind of different – older – and it’s kind of got, like, a reggae sound.”
Selena continued: “I want to work with the producers who did ‘Naturally’ [Antonina Armato, Tim James and Devrim Karaoglu]. They are so sweet.”
And: “I’d love to work with Dr. Luke. I think he’s awesome.” Dr. Luke worked on Katy Perry’s song “I Kissed a Girl” and Ke$ha’s song “Tik Tok.”

I hope you all have noticed the beautiful layout that is up! It was designed and partially coded by the talented Celeste, and I think it’s absolutely gorgeous. Leave your comments for the layout if you wish, and let me know if you spot any errors.
With the new layout, I’ve also revamped the entire site. The interact section has been updated, and also the media section too. All of the other pages on the site have been revised too, so be sure to check everything else out!
I’ve also finally put the tagboard back up, and it’ll stay there forever as long as there’s no bashing, cursing, or anything else that is hurtful or mean.
A new spotlight website and featured photo have been added to the sidebar as well, so be sure to take a look at those.
And last but not least, the icon center has been entirely revamped, with a new layout and more icons! Plus, a lyrics archive has been added to the website recently. There are only a few lyrics in that network as of now, but I plan to add more later on. ^_^

You know why? Because in July, Selena’s clothing line “Dream Out Loud” will launch. Sel will turn 18 this year, the perfect age. July 23rd will be the premiere of Selena’s new movie, Ramona and Beezus. Her OFFICAL website www.selenagomez.com will launch in TWO WEEKS! Can’t wait to see it Selena!

July is going to be a big month this year, July 15th is the launch of my new clothing line Dream Out Loud I have some pictures below, July 22nd I turn 18, and July 23rd Ramona and Beezus is released in theaters. Also www.selenagomez.com will launch in less than two weeks I don’t have an exact date yet but, you can see… more of Dream Out Loud at my website when it launches. This is un-related to Selena, but I thought you might want to check out the official movie website for Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging. Here is some information:
The movie is directed by Gurinder Chadha (Bend It Like Beckham) and is based on the international best-selling series of books by the British author Louise Rennison. ATPS tells a hilarious coming-of-age story (think Mean Girls, Clueless), and follows the eccentric and irresistible Georgia Nicolson as she overcomes the trauma of being a teenager. The DVD is available to own on 1/19!
